Key Features & Craftsmanship

• Big Bell® Design: Projects a bold, warm sound, yet offers remarkable subtlety – a modern take on the legendary American horns of the early to mid-1900s.
• One-piece Hand-hammered Bell: Each bell is meticulously formed from a single sheet of brass, hammered by hand, and expertly finished for optimum resonance.
• Annealed Bell, Bow & Necks: Components are heated and cooled multiple times, producing a warmer, more even tone. Hand-hammering post-annealing ensures exceptional ring and resonance.
• Semi-precious Blue Sodalite Stones: Adorning the key touches, necks, and bell key guard, these beautiful stones are patented for their effect on resonance and provide a truly distinctive look.
• Two Hand-customised Necks: Includes both an ‘Original’ neck matching the body finish and a silver-plated FAT Neck® – both hand-customised for projection, rich tone, and precise pitch.
• Convex Nickel-plated Brass Resonators: Riveted to the pads, specifically selected for optimum performance and sound.
• Power Forged Keys: Forged brass keys offer superior strength and reliability, resisting bending and maintaining adjustment over time.
