Product Description

Model: DIYM327HPW02D00

The MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW02D00 is a flexible and energy-efficient 27,000 BTU 4-zone DIY® mini split system engineered for homeowners who want true room-by-room comfort without paying for professional HVAC installation. Built around the MRCOOL® 5th Generation DIY® multi-zone condenser, this system delivers reliable heating and cooling using next-generation R-454B refrigerant for improved efficiency and environmental performance.

This configuration includes two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 12,000 BTU air handler, making it ideal for bedrooms, home offices, bonus rooms, nurseries, or living areas that require slightly higher capacity. Each zone operates independently, allowing precise temperature control while reducing wasted energy in unused spaces.

Installation is truly DIY-friendly thanks to MRCOOL® DIY® QuickConnect® pre-charged line sets, which eliminate the need for vacuum pumps, gauges, or refrigerant handling. The included DIYPRO® cable removes the requirement for electrical conduit while protecting communication wiring from weather and pests. Long-term durability is enhanced by Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant coils, making this system suitable for humid or coastal environments.

Once installed, complete control is available through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller®. Adjust temperatures, create schedules, monitor energy usage, or control the system hands-free using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Comfort-focused features like Follow Me® temperature sensing, inverter-driven operation, and ultra-quiet performance make this system a smart, future-proof investment.
