GWM Cannon (2020-2025) PROVENT Catch Can Oil Separator Kit - PV655DPK

GWM Cannon (2020-2025) ProVent Catch Can Oil Separator Kit – PV655DPK

Protect your GWM Cannon 2.0 Turbo Diesel engine with the Direction-Plus™ ProVent Catch Can Oil Separator Kit PV655DPK, engineered in Australia for superior diesel engine protection. This ProVent kit significantly reduces oil vapour from crankcase blow-by gases, preventing harmful oil and soot contamination from entering your engine’s intake system.

Why Fit a ProVent Catch Can?

Modern diesel engines, including the GWM Cannon, are equipped with Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) systems which route exhaust gases back into the engine. Combined with oil from the crankcase ventilation system, these exhaust particles mix with oil and create deposits that block inlet manifolds and valves. This leads to reduced engine performance, increased fuel consumption, and potential costly engine damage.

The Direction-Plus™ ProVent system separates and redirects oil and air from blow-by gases, with an option to return the oil back to the sump, ensuring your engine stays cleaner and runs efficiently.

Key Benefits:

• Prevents oil and soot contamination in the intake system

• Protects turbocharger and other critical engine components

• Minimises oil consumption*

• Prevents oil buildup in intercoolers

• Regulates crankcase pressure for optimal engine function

• Reduces exhaust smoke and unpleasant odours

• Designed for warranty-safe installation

*Oil consumption minimised only when the system is installed with oil return to sump.
