Martin Standard Series M-28 Acoustic Guitar - Spruce Top

The refreshed Standard Series welcomes the Martin M-28, bringing the in-demand Grand Auditorium body shape and classic spruce-and-rosewood sound back into the lineup. Its wide lower bout delivers the projection and resonance expected from a larger guitar, while the shallower 000 depth provides a comfortable, controlled, and balanced playing experience across all six strings.

A solid spruce top paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides produces crisp articulation, deep bass, and rich, complex overtones. Golden Era (GE)-inspired scalloped spruce X-bracing, as featured on the Modern Deluxe Series, enhances the guitar’s responsiveness and projection, making the M-28 an exceptionally versatile acoustic for strumming, fingerstyle, recording, and live performance.

The 25.4" scale length and Golden Era (GE) Modified Low Oval neck profile provide a familiar, refined playing feel, while bold herringbone appointments, antique white binding, and abalone fingerboard inlays deliver the unmistakable styling of a Style 28 Martin. Finished with gloss on the body and a satin neck, the M-28 includes a molded hardshell case. Sky Music Australia is proud to offer the Martin M-28.
