Intelligent Air Quality Monitoring

The BreatheClear uses advanced sensors to monitor your indoor air 3,600 times every hour. When it detects movement or an increase in pollutants, the purifier can automatically adjust its power to respond to changing conditions.

The integrated Air Index display provides a clear view of air quality, tracking PM1, PM2.5, PM10 and VOC levels in real time. This allows you to see changes in your indoor air at a glance.

️ Long-Lasting NeverChange6 Filtration

Shark's NeverChange6 filtration is designed to last for up to 6 years without a filter change under the manufacturer's stated test conditions. The system exceeds HEPA filter standards and is designed to capture 99.98% of particles, including dust, pet dander and pollen.

The six-year figure is based on Shark's specified testing methodology and operating conditions, so actual filter life can vary depending on usage and environment.

Designed for Larger Rooms

With coverage of up to 70m² at 1 air change per hour, the HP162UK is suited to larger living spaces and open-plan areas. For more intensive purification at 4.8 air changes per hour, Shark specifies coverage of up to 14m².

This makes it a versatile option for larger rooms where continuous air-quality monitoring and automatic purification are important.

Customisable Everyday Operation

Choose Automatic mode to let the purifier respond to changing air conditions, or use manual fan control when you want more direct control over operation. The Daily Routine Sleep mode is designed for overnight use, while motion and light detection can adjust purification and display brightness according to room activity and lighting.
